Yannick Morin, P. Eng.
President
Mr. Yannick Morin is one of the most influential individuals in the crane and rigging industry in North America. Being the first Canadian to join the technical committee for the ASME P30 – Planning for Load Handling Activities, Mr. Morin was recruited to join the Rigging Committee of the CHRSC (Canadian Hoisting & Rigging Safety Council), as well as the Load Handling Equipment Competency Requirements Committee of the Professional Engineering Board of Quebec. He is also the P.E. Board of Quebec representative on the construction and mining codes.
Mr. Yannick Morin, P. Eng., received an honorable mention at the 2015 edition of the Annual Training Excellence Awards given by the Association of Crane & Rigging Professionals and by the Crane & Rigging Hot Line. Being the only Canadian at the time of this edition, Mr. Morin received one of the three mentions in the ‘Professional’ category.
On top of being an author, speaker and expert witness, Yannick Morin manages the KRANING team to offer superior training for workers and employer representatives, as well as consulting and engineering in the Canadian crane and rigging field.
Jacques Moisan, P. Eng. M. Sc.
Health and Safety Director
With a degree in electrical engineering from the Université Laval, a masters in work environment control from the Université de Montréal as well as other specialties in the SST field, combined with the title of being a pioneer in the health and safety field.
Jacques was, from 1974to 2012, the l’Ordre des ingénieurs du Québec (OIQ) representative on the ‘Code de sécurité pour les travaux de construction (chapitre S-2.1, r. 4)’ committee, on the ‘Règlement sur la santé et la sécurité du travail dans les mines’ committee as well as on the ‘l’Association paritaire pour la santé et la sécurité du travail, construction field, committee.
Undeniable experience in all things related to health and safety, as well as work relations, Jacques has a very long list of impressive mandates in, among other fields, industrial hygiene, radio protection as well as infrastructures and civil engineering. A large contributor to the success of KRANING in all things related to health and safety in the lifting and rigging field as well as heavy machinery, Jacques has been a part of the team since KRANING’s beginnings.

At KRANING since 2010, Suzanne has many years of experience as a trainer as well vas a coordinator. She ensures that the various KRANING trainings runs smoothly at all times and that our customer service remains top notch.
